Who retypes the customer order?

The customer sends his purchase order as a PDF. Who retypes it? Order number, delivery dates, quantities, prices, line by line. And one wrong number you only notice at delivery, or on the invoice.

A calculation example. 20 orders a week, 12 lines, half a minute per line: 2 hours a week, nearly 100 hours a year. If 1% of the lines go wrong, at €30 per error, that adds over €3,400. Together about €7,300.
