A complete ERP, designed around complex manufacturing

Digital WorkMate is a manufacturing ERP for SMB manufacturers with complex BOMs, routings and customer-specific orders. Sales, product, estimating, purchasing, inventory, planning, production and invoicing work from the same data as the shop floor and the machines.

Digital WorkMate has its own general ledger (Finance, still experimental) with automatic postings from invoices, inventory and production. Prefer to keep your own financial system? Digital WorkMate integrates with financial systems and other ERP systems, also when only the shop floor is wanted.

Built from the shop floor, not bolted on

Digital WorkMate started as a shop floor and production system and grew into a complete ERP. That is why manufacturing is at its core.

Complex BOMs

Multi-level, with revisions, phantom assemblies, dimensions and material-loss rules for saw and cutting loss.

Finite-capacity scheduling

Priority-driven scheduler with ASAP and JIT, dependencies, critical path, changeover times and interchangeable machines.

From estimate to action

From the estimate, reserve, buy or create a production order per component, and afterwards the actual cost per good piece.

Office and shop floor in one system

The shop floor is not a separate system next to the ERP. Operators work on terminals or mobile from the same orders, operations and stock as planning and sales. Start, progress, consumption and good/scrap flow straight back into scheduling and actual costing.

Machines connected directly to the ERP

The DWM Monitor runs on your factory network and reads CNC controllers (Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens Sinumerik) and OPC UA machines. State, program, tool, running times and alarms arrive in real time; through OPC UA, DWM can also write values and commands to the machine.

AI that works with your own ERP data

Ask questions about orders, production and purchasing, have incoming invoices and customer orders recognised and give AI agents controlled access to DWM through MCP. The AI only sees what the user is allowed to see.
