Which items drive your consumption?
How many of your items account for most of your consumption? At many companies nobody knows exactly. So everything gets the same attention: the same counting frequency, the same location, the same stock policy.
A calculation example: stock value of €500,000. If you take 5% off by steering the expensive, fast items more sharply, €25,000 of cash is released. If we count 20% a year for capital, storage and ageing, that is €5,000 a year.
An ABC analysis ranks items by consumption value. Classes A, B and C can be set per company. In Digital WorkMate you also see how much of the stock is in quarantine.
Indicative calculation example. Not a customer result.
